Call at least 5 carpet cleaners.  Cheap doesn’t always mean better.  You get what you pay for.   Ask what methods the service provider uses.  Some methods are…..Hot water extraction, bonnet, encapsulation, and dry cleaning.  Your choice can depend on the severity of your soiled carpets and dry time.   

Always do a final inspection with your service provider.

If they offer feedback or reviews on their website please help them out and leave feedback.  If your feedback is negative, give them a call first and let them have the opportunity to fix what issues you may have and if you still aren’t satisfied then leave your negative or positive feedback.
